Barley Creek Brewing Company.  Founded in 1995, Barley Creek’s restaurant and brewpub is housed in a renovated 1800’s farmhouse in the heart of the Pocono Mountains.  We’ve brewed more than 35 different styles of traditional and cask conditioned ales and lagers in our ten-barrel Peter Austin system.  There’s always six different Creek brews on tap, plus a wide selection of other microbrews and guest beers.
